We accept returns or exchanges on items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that sale items, personalized products, and altered items are ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
For orders marked as delivered but not received, refunds or replacements will not be issued. You can learn more about how to handle this issue by checking out this article: "Your Order Shows Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It?"

Damaged Items:
If your items become damaged after you’ve received them, we may replace them within 90 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with details of the issue and photos of the damage. Each case will be reviewed individually. However, refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to wear.

Event Dates:
Once the event date associated with your order has passed, your return or exchange will no longer be eligible for self-service. However, if your items are unworn and unaltered, or if the event date on your order was incorrect, you can contact us at [email protected]. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return your order, you will receive a refund for the products returned, but the original shipping cost will not be included. Standard shipping for exchanges is free. However, if you require expedited shipping for an exchange, an additional charge will apply to cover the shipping fees.

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out the returns/exchange form on our website, and we will process your request promptly. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to the address associated with your order. Please ensure that the label is used as provided—any manipulated or altered shipping labels will disqualify the return from receiving a refund.

Once we receive and review the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit is issued to your original payment method.
