How to Create Replacement Request?

Need to replace part of your Suitcentury order? You’re in the right place! Follow the steps below to easily request and track your replacement:

1. Registered User:

If you’re a registered user and made your purchase through your account, simply click here to view your orders after logging in.

Once your order is delivered, you can click the "Replacement Request" button as shown in the picture below.

Fill out the form and submit it for review. We will send you an update email regarding your replacement request within 12 hours to 2 business days.

2. Unregistered User:

If you purchased your suit or tuxedo without registering, go to the Suitcentury Help Center main page. Locate the 'Replacement Request' box, fill in your order details, and submit the form. We’ll get in touch with you regarding your request as soon as possible.

Note: If you don’t know your order details, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll help you locate your order. You can also check your recent emails from Suitcentury to find your order ID.
