How do i cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number and name in the email, as this will help us locate your order quickly.

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been successfully completed.

However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case, you can still initiate a return once the package arrives. Simply follow the return process detailed on our website, and we’ll assist you in returning the items for a refund.
