To send invitations to participants:

Access the Invitation Section:
Scroll down to the "Send Invitations!" section of your event page. This is where you’ll be able to invite all participants to your event. Once you’re there, click on the button shown below to begin the invitation process. -
Review and Send Invitations:
Before sending out the invitations, check for any warnings that may appear—these could alert you to missing information or details that need your attention. You have the option to send the invitations individually by clicking the icons next to each participant's name. Alternatively, you can choose to use the Suitcentury email service to send all the invitations at once. This is a quick and convenient way to ensure everyone gets their invitation at the same time. -
Confirmation:
Once you’ve sent the invitations, you’re all set! Participants will receive their event invitations either via individual emails or through the group email service provided by Suitcentury. You’ll be notified when the invitations are sent, ensuring that your participants are on track for the event.
